Absolutely being honest I was so nervous about taking this! As good as it is for you I was so worried about the taste, fish oils are never known to be delicious and were always best avoided in my opinion. This one is an absolute game-changer not only can you not even tell that there's fish in it, it tastes like orange and has an aftertaste like an orange creamsicle!! I am so happy that I can get the DHA and omega 3's my brain is craving from such a natural source and can enjoy doing it.
